Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS™)
integrating his expertise in such areas as mortgage
planning, cash flow management, real estate equity
management, debt analysis and real estate investment
analysis. His goal is to help his clients realize

Ed provides all of the

- Pre-Approval – Process
the borrower’s loan application prior
to finding a home. This is a strength for buyer's
and may provide a negotiating advantage.
- Pre-Purchase Consulting (Pre-Qualifying)
– Identify the borrower’s goals
and objectives to determine a comfort zone for
home purchase. This process may involve other
professionals that offer value added services
for the client, such as a financial planner,
accountant, realtor, attorney, title company,
etc.
- Mortgage Products –
Residential: Conventional Conforming and Non-Conforming
Loan Programs, Government Financing Programs
(i.e. FHA and VA Loans), Sub-Prime Mortgage
Products. Commercial: Full Service Commercial
Mortgage and Finance Products – this includes
business loans whether secured by real estate
or by other assets (i.e. accounts receivables
or other business assets); Secured Commercial
Real Estate, Institutional Financing (commercial
banks) and Hard Money (private investors).
- Affinity Marketing –
Promote businesses and services of referral
clients by management of hosting and e-mail
campaigns for these Affinity Marketing Partners.
- Continuing Education Seminars –
Continuing education courses for Realtors and
Financial Planners that improve services for
mutual clients and allow these professionals
to achieve required education credits to maintain
their professional designations.
- Lunch-and-Learn Seminars –
Sponsor lunch time seminars to educate realtors
and clients on the latest trends and news in
the mortgage industry.
- Community Outreach Seminars –
Provide community education programs related
to the mortgage industry at local schools and
community development events.
- Podcasts - Provide on-the-go
access to the latest trends in mortgage financing,
real estate investing, and financial planning
– simply download the seminar of your
